Troy was born and raised in Tucson and is the son of one of Tucson's most influential politicians.
He earned a BS from Arizona State University in 1989 and spent the next Seven years in the Los Angeles area working as a sales executive for office management systems and the import/export industry.
In 2000, he earned an MA in Landscape Architecture from the University of Arizona and devoted the following two years working for a landscape Architecture firm in downtown Phoenix.
Troy's real estate career began spending two years in Sedona assisting in the operations and expansion of Coldwell Banker and then two years in Lake Tahoe overseeing the daily operatons of ten Coldwell Banker Village Realty offices.
He returned home to his hometown of Tucson in 2004 and takes pride in consistently being one of Coldwell Banker's top agents and ranked amongst the World's top 13 percent of Realtors.
He is a member of the Tucson Metorpolitan Chamber of Commerce, an active board memeber of the Tucson Botanical Gardens, and co-founder of G2H2, Tucson's best social gathering of Gay professionals, meeting every month.
